Recommended
Siding very clean. Concrete patio and steps are much brighter. The cleaning solution used bleached a little bit of grass next to concrete and at downspouts and bleached a part of a bush next to house. I think this is unavoidable with this softwash method, but I think this method is safer for the siding than power washing method.

My roof looked nice at first but it only lasted 6 months. I was told I had a five year warranty against the roof discoloration reappearing. However, when I called they would only give me a small discount on a repeat service. Never again.

This company advertises to get patios and walk ways clean without using a power washer. We have both a brick patio and front and back walk ways. Their service was totally inadequate, and we had to bring a power wash contractor to finish the job. They didn't come close to eliminating the dirt from our walks and patio. When I sent pictures to one of the persons I dealt with in the order, he agreed, saying, "That's horrible.
