The worst. Dropped application twice when assigned processor left. Refused to honor prior commitments. Auto-drafted wrong amount and blamed me, insisting that what happened was impossible, and threatened to report me to credit bureau for their mistake. Stay away, even if favorable rates.

SECU Shady Grove. Ever since the changeover from tellers to computer machines the service has dropped. Had experience where their machines would not provide $10 bills. Using their office is like walking into a crowd to do business where it is easy for anyone to see what account numbers you give for getting cash. Previous experience with managers has turned us off, and we would move our accounts if it were not for the convenience. We only use their service when no one is in the lobby and that is seldom.
