William took on my 1959 Kimball console and made it a pleasure to play. It hadn't seen a tuner in over 15 years, had suffered multiple moves (without tuning!) and needed a lot of work. The first visit included tuning, pitch adjustment, and an inspection which revealed the need for new felt and action regulation. This friendly gentleman educated me while fixing the piano. It took multiple visits but the result is gratifying. There were also some buzzing keys, the result of a crack which William glued and fixed. Highly recommend his work!
