I wanted to give my hardy support to Service Garage Door every time my 1987 garage door works. One day we tried to get out of the garage and BANG! slam shut. Service Garage Door was able to come the next morning to scope out the project. They gave me a quote for the service and said they had the right spring in stock and could come back that day to fix it. I asked if I needed a new door, Larry said my door was wooden, but it and the hardware were in good shape. No upsell. I asked if I needed a new garage door opener, he said that model was no longer being made but he was familiar enough with openers and knew I just needed a new gear and he could order it and install it two days. That was a couple of months ago: still no problems.
