Oil change rebate scam infuriating. Advertise a rebate and it's never received. Service desk attendant very irritating. I go many miles farther to avoid this place.

I think my good experience with Ourisman is due to the service writer I use there, Luis Campos. I trust him to be honest and have my interests at heart. My experience with others in the past has not left me with similar feelings.
