During the summer 2024 heat dome event my Carrier AC failed. D&A was able to fit my job in, identified a failed component and had the replacement in their truck. AC was up and running in a day when other contractors couldn't schedule me for a week. Costs were reasonable and service was terrific.

Recommend, but they just dropped service calls on the weekends, which is exactly when my HVAC unit fails. Reduced service contract hours but the cost stayed the same.
