The first appointment I could get was almost two months out from my meeting with the sales representative, but despite a run of pretty good weather in between, the actual installation date was delayed by about a week. The representative, scheduler, and installers were easy to deal with, the job looked good overall, and, although it took a day longer than I was originally advised, I can't complain about the work ethic of the installers. I would recommend this company, but I would advise you to get a couple of other estimates, too. After discussions, I was satisfied with the price I wound up with.

Followup on previous gutter work which is giving problems. I was referred to another phone number in another building. Repeated calls got no response. It appears Thompson Creek did not want to talk to an old customer who spent thousands of dollars with them for previous work they did in replacing windows and gutters on our home.
