estimated mold remediation at 4 times the cost of others. wanted to rip out all of the walls in the basement.

I had a flood during a time of intense storms when many other basements in the area flooded. PuroClean was able to come promptly to remove the water since I was relatively close by. Otherwise, I would have waited days. They had professional staff and the necessary equipment to do the work. My insurance paid for the service and they had no issue with the amount charged. The salesperson was very pleasant.
