Staff was pleasant, but they recommended an expensive repair that was subsequently determined to be a misdiagnosis and completely unnecessary. I would not feel comfortable taking my vehicle there again.

I have a Toyota Sienna minivan and the dealer sent me a special oil change service promotion for under $20. Made an appointment online and dropped off my minivan at the appointed day and time. Service representative took down my information and had my vehicle serviced within the hour, even though they were quite busy. In some cases, it is better to get service from the dealer instead of generic auto repair shops.
