Hair cut a mess. Stylist just lopped off too much hair without any apparent style as a result. Was charged for a procedure more expensive than the one requested and receptionist was clueless as to how to remedy the credit card system to account for this overcharge. An unpleasant experience at a salon with which I have had a length experience. My next appointment has been scheduled elsewhere.
