I've used several PTs over the years, and Nicholas and his staff (especially PTA Andrew) are the best. They communicate well, care about you, and the environment is supportive and as fun as PT can be. That last bit is really important to me. The comradery and banter make it someplace I want to go, even if it involves pain, as PT can do.

Super team the Kensington branch off Bethesda Physical Therapy. I am a lifelong bike commuter/skier, etc. and have used many PT offices. This one is superior.
