Two of our aides were superb. Two of the three overnight aides slept on the job and were extremely difficult to awaken when needed. One of the daytime aides used our personal equipment without asking; two of them were far more interested in their computers and cell phones then in providing the assistance we had been led to expect. (We used the service for round-the-clock assistance for a period of four weeks.)
