The requested service involved the replacement of a burst hose bib on the exterior of my home. At the time of the initial site visit, he described the scope of work that he intended to perform and drafted a quote based on that scope. The actual repair did not match the scope of work that he described, and instead his installation used shortcuts that reduced the amount of labor required. The end result was a functional hose bib connection, but an aesthetically inferior installation that left the fixture jutting several inches out beyond the exterior wall of my home's foundation.
