They do excellent work. Be sure to get a solid understanding of their scope of service. I assumed they would do some repairs that apparentently weren't usually included. They were very professional in working out a satisfactory solution but I should have asked more questions at the onset.

Ours was a small water leak damaging the ceiling of our powder room, damage was about 5' by 5'. They came almost immediately (a plumber had already fixed the leak above). They sprayed the mold & connected a dehumidifier, about 1 hour. They came a couple days later, cleaning out a bit before installing drywall & applying first coat of "mud", about 3 hours. A couple days later, a contractor for ServPro finished the job: final mudding, sanding & painting, all day. He did a MASTERFUL job. I expected "adequate" final mudding & sanding as well as incursions of ceiling paint on the wall & vice versa, but it was perfect. If you use ServPro, ask that Kevin do the final work.
