This was a mold remediation job due to a roof leak. They adequately removed all drywall, insulation and affected materials with minimal dust impact. Ceiling and wall cuts were a bit haphazard (off-square) requiring more effort to re-install replacement drywall. Plastic sheeting applied to cover open areas was affixed using masking tape that caused additional surface damage. Air cleaners left behind for a few days were both cumbersome and clumsily placed. Also, carpet 'cleaning' was the application of a water/cleaning solution by a sprayer then following behind with a shop vac. This left the carpet extremely wet and required a second, more through vacuuming by me, the homeowner, to ensure there was no damage to my underlying hardwood floors. The house also retained an odor in the carpet that took months to dissipate.

We had a waste pipe break in the basement of a rental property. Envirocare cleaned up the mess, removed the damaged walls and flooring and rebuilt that area of the basement. They were prompt and did a good job, and they worked well with my insurance company.
