Took car in for 60K mile service. Completed service and notified that in addition, I needed to replace cabin and engine filters (for extra cost). This item was not indicated in the manufacturer checklist for 60K maintenance. And, I had replaced both myself two months before. In addition, I was notified that my engine and torque mounts were loose and needed repair/replacement at an estimated cost of $1250. I declined the work, took to another shop and the dealer for second opinions--both said mounts were fine. Dealer said this type of issue would be highly unusual for an SUV with only 60K miles and that the vehicle was not showing any symptoms of this type of issue (example used was that steering wheel would be vibrating quite a bit during idle). The impression I was left with was this shop is not trustworthy. I do not recommend.

Have used this shop for more than 30 years. I am advised to conditions that need attention now or will be arising in the near future. I appreciate the advice and am never pressured to spend money.
