They did a good job getting a couple of years' worth of algae and dirt off of our house. They didn't use a ladder and left everything tidy when they were done. Be aware that this company offers a "10% discount" without you even having to ask. Once they understood that I was comparison shopping I was offered a further 35% discount because they said they had a crew that would be doing several houses in my area. The upselling was limited to pushing some kind of annual cleaning plan with guaranteed pricing, but it wasn't a hard sell.
