After being a customer for 10 years we were rudely dropped in the middle of the summer without notice. We always paid on time as we had set up direct payment with the bank etc, so this disregard for a good customer was very poor client management. Also their service seriously slipped since 2017.. they would skip weeks, not do a complete job and make mistakes like trim an herb garden as weeds.

I had these folks weed my back garden. Done in a couple hours (while I was at work) and didn't even realize they had been there. It would have taken me weeks. Great job, very happy.
