Very friendly staff and I feel safe there (no lurkers). The equipment is pretty old and needs to be updated.

The gym and the staff are mostly wonderful. The problem that has surfaced involves their pandemic policies as many of us can not risk going to a gym at this time. I was able to place our membership on hold ($10/month), but had extreme difficulty in getting them to freeze the fees taken from my bank account for personal training. They only had one person that could do that who was never available when I called and did not return calls. There was no way to escalate the issue; I tried calling the corporate office with no response.
