My fence gate was broken by a falling tree in a recent storm. The fence company estimate was almost $500 to repair - and the repair might not be done for 2 or 3 months. Mr. Barrera came promptly to give an estimate and then did the repair same day. I purchased the new hardware. He repaired the broken wood pieces, "tuned up" the gate hardware, installed both the thumb lock hardware, and another lock. His fee was less than $300. In addition, he was personable and helpful. I highly recommend.

Jaime Barrera takes pride in his work and does an excellent job, at a fair price. He is an excellent Carpenter and Painter. He gave me an estimate to replace rotted wood and rotted window sills on most of my windows. Because of the demand for his services, I had to wait for 2 months for him to clear his schedule to do my repairs. It was well worth the wait. He was on time every day. He also used quality materials for the repairs. He refused to accept any money as a down payment for materials. Jaime told me that he would only accept payment once I was completely satisfied with his work. I will be using him again in the Spring of 2015.
