Not Recommended
I hesitated to select "not recommended" because the end result is fine, but it wasn't a great customer service experience. The first time they came out, everything was great. After the process was all finished, I noticed there was one flaw in the surface and they came right back to fix it. At this point I would have recommended them without reservation. But about a year later, the spot they fixed began to fail. So I emailed about it and they said they would "absolutely" come back and fix it under the warranty, and they would let me know the next available appointment. Then I didn't hear back. After a couple weeks, I emailed again, no response. I emailed again, no response. I called and got an appointment. Then they didn't show up and didn't call to reschedule. I called again. They finally did come and fix it under the warranty, and the finished product is fine, but I probably won't use them again.

Shockingly, I had a smallish crack in my new acrylic tub. My bath designer worked with the source company for their recommendation of a company authorized to repair Kohler tubs. Betz came promptly and did an absolutely fabulous job fixing the crack. The repair blends perfectly with the rest of the tub, and so far it's held up well. I'm keeping Betz's contact information in case I have future problems. They were really good.
