They did not come out at the scheduled time for the estimate. Blamed the email system for not notifying me. Came out to give estimate. The estimator could not answer any questions. Received an email quote shortly after his visit (within 2 hours). I emailed back with questions. No response for over 10 days. I called and the person said, "yes, we have your email" sounded annoyed. Finally emailed answers 4 days later. Meanwhile I had hired another company. Note, the company said the wood could be sanded with the same result as power washing. The other two company reps said this would not have the desired result.
