I used them when we first moved here in 2003. In about 2006 service went down severely. They didn't do things properly, didn't put things away, and when I called the new manager at the time, they blamed it on me because I had not filled out a form that they never told me about. Maybe they have improved since then, but I would doubt it.

Jake is my favorite for opening and closing my pool. He installed a new heater this spring. It’s like seeing an old friend whenever he comes. The office staff is great too. Kojo is a great help too.
