We had a difficult new gas stove installation with added hiccups from the county inspector(s). Clarksburg worked it out. Maybe they should have been more up to speed on the codes. They also made some suggestions and observations on our gas dryer and hot water heater installation and recommended some fixes, and offered to repair but they weren't pushy about it.

Excellent company. I worked with Clarksburg early in a project but they could not complete the job as the equipment was owned by Washington Gas.

Clarksburg Plumbing was fantastic. Call them for any big job, like a water line or sewer line replacement. Not every plumber does this kind of work. I was out of the country when I learned there was water running down my driveway. Unfortunately for my townhouse unit the pipe goes not only from my house and under my driveway but also under my next door neighbor's driveway to the street. The first plumber I called described this as a tricky job, and there was a chance that if the preferred method of replacing the pipe (the trenchless method) didn't work, they'd have to dig in my driveway and possibly my neighbor's. This of course raised all kinds of concern. I found Clarksburg and they were extremely confident they could do this job. They have multiple teams doing this type of job every day, using the trenchless method (puts in a new pipe as they pull out the old pipe). That sold me. They gave me a quote right away for signficantly less than the first plumber (who could give only a range of $6000-8000 best case). They created the quote on their iPad so I immediately had an electronic copy and approved it. They fit me in the next day once they heard how I was living without running water and got it done, as promised, no drama and no problems, seemed "textbook". I couldn't help but be amazed after hearing all the potential problems from the first plumber. Go with Clarksburg - they have the skills and experience.
