It might seem odd to rate a service I have not used, but this goes to the professionalism, customer service and integrity of this business. I called to schedule an estimate for major sewer line work needed. Mr. Hardisty called back and although he no longer does major excavation work requiring getting in 8-ft deep holes, he acknowledged that since I took the time to call, I at least deserved a call back for my trouble. Then he recommended another service provider that could do the work. So just based on this interaction, I now know whom to call when I need the more usual home plumbing services that do not require mini-excavators!

I have called on Tom Hardisty for years. His work, honesty and attitude are superior. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I had spots for leaks in my ceilings, two different areas, that I thought were coming from our master bathroom. Tom very quickly identified one of the source as actually a flashing in the bathroom window that the roofers hadn't installed properly or had given out. He also found a second source of shower floor pipe becoming unglued and fixed it. For a good measure he also checked the toilet base also and re-glued that area. Speedy, energetic, friendly (although he didn't waste time chit-chatting while on the clock but did so only afterwards, so very professional). I would have given superior rating for prices too as he stayed true to his initial assessment that he had given me on the phone but when I asked him to change two flaps in two commodes I felt he charged much more for that. No complaints still as I think he did a quality job and was good at finding out the sources for the leaks.
