They had my car for ten hours. A maintenance code (not a routine one) was flashing on the dashboard. They had never seen it before. The mechanic spent the entire day exploring my car. It would seem that if Honda had programmed the car to show this code the meaning would be known to a Honda mechanic.

I've used this repair shop for 17 years. About 7 years ago, the service was disappointing but I have given them another try over the last 2 years and they have exceeded all expectations and their communication, appointment reminders, use of text messaging, exceptionally friendly service advisors and availability of appointments is excellent. I RECOMMEND !!!!!! They do proper repairs first time!!!!

Criswell Honda is a good company. They do a good job of analyzing the systems of your Honda vehicle. It's very important for the customer to be familiar with their owner's manual. Some services suggested by Criswell are not necessary until indicated by the dash panel display according to the owner's manual.
