Not Recommended
The Whiting Company hired a sub-contractor to perform gutter work. The Whiting company failed to monitor its sub-contractor's work. Unfortunately, the work performed by the sub-contractor was despicable, which the Whiting Company did everything they could do to avoid taking responsibility or correcting the problem, placing blame on the subcontractor they hired to perform the work. I do not recommend using this contractor. If you decide to use them, make certain they do not subcontract the work out.
