Contacted Allied Restoration through my insurance company to address minor water damage. Team led by Mike arrived and assessed the damage. Mike comprehensively explained my options (1) for drying out floors/walls/baseboards/crawlspace and treating potential mold/mildew problems, to be performed by his team, and (2) for subsequent restoration that could be performed by a separate team from Allied. Mike's team's work to do the dry-out and treatment was completed in the three days specified (multiple fans used for 72h following removal of damaged materials) and they thoroughly cleaned up residual debris. They were very careful to avoid spreading or introducing any debris to surrounding non-damaged areas of home. No problems with billing. Very pleased with their work. Did not use Allied for the subsequent restoration service, for other reasons (not related to drying-out service).
