Not Recommended
I would not recommend Beltway builders for any Home project. I've been very patient with them and gave them every opportunity to remedy poor workmanship paving and installing slates on our home entry and exit steps. This company is more of a "marketing organization" and does not appear to have in-house staff that actually perform work/labor required.For context I've included a sample of my previous review that I posted not too long ago. Past review posted in May2024 below... posted "Not Recommended" a review of Beltway Builders recently following unsatisfactory response and follow up by Beltway Builders sales rep. They project relates to a project involving repair work required to my front and rear steps that was originally carried out by Beltway Builders, After several phone calls and exchanges of E-mails. Ken, Project Supervisor/manager has responded to my inquiry and has agreed to send one of his senior Project man to reevaluate they initial quote/response. Ken has promised me to provide are-work quote to fix prior poor work performed on my 2 steps. I'm therefore with holding my review of Beltway Builders, and await to see how/what they do to remedy poor workmanship with initial work for my front & rear entry/exit steps. For now I mark my review as "Not Recommended because I'm required to select an option to update my previous posting, I WILL WAIT TO POST MY FINAL RECOMMENDATION BASED ON HOW BELTWAY BUILDERS FOLLOWS THROUGH ITS PROMISED RESOLUTION
