Urgent care services are good, treating Physicians and Physicians assistants care for the patients and provide timely assistance. I have consulted for various weekend urgent care needs are service is good. Providers care and pay attention to consultation. They have a lab for rapid tests which is also a good advantage. What is really a total miss at this facility is their reception desk/front desk staff. The most unpleasant, uncaring, uninterested, least effort staff I have ever have to deal with. They do not communicate appropriately about check-in procedures and twice that I have consulted this facility have had very unpleasant encounters with the reception desk staff. On one occasion there were two staff when I arrived, they were arguing whose turn is to intake the patient, finally one of them said, "ok I will take her because you are too lazy". Then he proceeds to shout from inside the counter "why are you here? why are you coming?" I looked at him in shock and said I have an urgent care appointment, and he says yes but what for? bear in mind this is an open space with many other patients waiting and I am at the other end of the counter. So responded : do you want me to shout out loud why am I seeing a doctor today? isn't that kind of private? he says oh yes, so you are here for urgent care consultation. In summary, the urgent care medical treatment is good quality and doctors/physician assistants do care well. But the reception desk people make one regret going to this facility.
