Our project with the Tile Center was completely satisfactory. Go directly to Frank for a highly professional experience. The estimate was clear and the project finished on budget. The selection of tile at the Center really helped us visualize possibilities that we hadn't thought of despite going through many online sites and decor magazines. The installers, Tomas and Oscar, were very skilled, kept the site clean, and communicated clearly throughout. We were replacing out vinyl kitchen floor in a 100 year old home. Though the kitchen was completely rebuilt 12 years ago, it was a complicated job due to cabinet placement, depth of the sub-floor, and built-ins for the appliances. Frank and his team knew exactly what to do and talked us through all phases of the work so that we understood the how long the work would take and what to expect on the job every day. I have worked with many contractors and vendors, Frank and his team surpassed our expectations, and I would recommend them highly for any size project.

The Tile Center is a wonderful business in all respects. I turn to Consumer Checkbook's very highest rated professionals because I don't want to risk spending my money and getting anything less than perfect work and great customer service. I felt compelled to let other readers know that if you want things done right, go with Frank and the Tile Center. Ask straight out what Frank recommends when he sees your space. The samples he brings to your home will tell the story. Some tiles will be too busy, while others will brighten your kitchen and bring it alive. Between the great design advice, excellent communication from Frank about scheduling/installer arrival time, and the highly experienced installers--thank you Tomas and Oscar--you will have a hassle-free experience and a gorgeous tile job to add pleasure to your hours in the kitchen.

Tile Center located in Gaithersburg, MD, did an excellent job from start to finish as they recently remodeled a bathroom for us, including replacing tub, shower door, sink, vanity, mirror, toilet, exhaust fan, lighting, chrome fixtures, limited wall repair and painting, tile floor, and tile tub surround. We highly recommend the Tile Center to you! Integrity. Honesty. Quality materials. Quality craftsmen. Beautiful showroom. Wide and stylish selection. Responsiveness. Quality installation. Fair price. We had the great good fortune to deal with Frank as our coordinator. Frank stayed with us through every step in the process, from initial in-home measurements, show room visits, materials selection, demolition, installation, and final walk through. Frank offered us great advice and was available to answer our questions, before, during, and after our bathroom was beautifully completed. His good humor and honest and timely return of our phone calls were greatly appreciated. We found the company to be honest in their communications with us and finished our bathroom ahead of schedule! We were extremely impressed with the very capable and qualified team of plumbers, electricians, tile setters, especially Thomas and Oscar who did demo and all the fabulous tile work; Arlen and his crew who did all the plumbing and electrical work! Tile Center DOES NOT USE 3rd party craftspeople! The crew are Tile Center employees with several years working for Tile Center exclusively! The crews arrived on time daily. Worked efficiently and neatly each day. Demolition was done relatively neatly with effective steps to control dust. Workmanship at every stage was first rate, and particularly the all-important tile installation was done with meticulous care and expertise. Guidance on color and style selection was well-informed and very helpful. The price was competitive, and work was completed sooner than predicted. The job looks great, and we expect to use this company again for a second bathroom project. Very happy we made the call to Tile Center!
