We didn't use them to install tiles (not sure if that is a service) but rather as the tile distributor. They now have Saturday showroom hours.
Sales associate routed the price first to the contractor (who I suppose has the option to mark up for their cut).
Overall - I would recommend for selection (originally recommended by my employer's interior designer).
Unsure of direct cost comparison - I'd advise prospective customer to shop around first, get the price and decide.
