I had some minor leaks on our hot tub repaired by Hydro and it all worked out fine. But one of our pumps broke. The service tech said it would likely cost over $1000 for the pump and over $1000 for the labor. The manager left a message that he couldn't find the pump but would keep searching. I suggested he should look at the web site for the supplier of our brand of hot tub. He never called back. I called the supplier for our hot tub myself who shipped me the exact pump needed for $479. They told me where they are located, replacing the pump would cost $180 for labor, but he couldn't imagine it would cost more than $300 in any part of the country for such a simple installation. Hydro didn't seem interested in doing a simple job at a reasonable price.
