We dealt with Sunny Lee of Noble Exteriors previously for repairs on our roof & evaluation of siding. We found him to be clear, straight forward & honest. He does careful & quality work. He services our community & knows the HOA rules. We contacted him about hail damage to our SFH this summer. He assessed the roofing damage & later was present when the 3rd party inspector from the insurance company came out. He had worked with the inspector & dealt several times with our insurance company in the past. He knows the rules for all of the local insurance companies. Ultimately my claim was approved at 100%, less deductible, for replacement of the entire roof. He kept in contact by phone or stopping by our house to explain the process, select the shingles & schedule the work. He handled the claim paperwork on his end. It was pretty seamless. He also won’t do the job if the weather doesn’t cooperate (one cancellation due to rain). From signing the contract to the new roof installation took about a month. The installation of the roof was accomplished in one day by a 7-man crew. They seemed well organized & cohesive in going about the job. They use a crane to move pallets of shingles to the roof. Sunny supervised the delivery of the shingles & accessories as well as the final installation & cleanup. He came back the next day to further remove any stray nails from our property. Overall we are quite pleased with the job & process & couldn’t recommend him more highly. He does quality work in a timely manner, and if there any potential problems, he’s reachable right in the community he regularly services.

Highly recommended. New roof completed on time and very high quality. Sunny, the owner, is detailed oriented, and very concerned about doing a good job. Was on site multiple times during the day to check progress, and explained rationale for materials and techniques used. Crew was prompt, professional, and frankly very good at what they do. Process was seamless, cost lower than competitors. Very happy with the product. Will use them again in the future for exterior work.
