Joe Marshall and his team did an excellent job in replacing my roof recently. This is the second time I used Joe and his team. I had them at my house a few years ago to replace my gutters. Joe is a total professional. His team was on time the day they were supposed to arrive and began the work right away. They also put tarps up all around my house before they started the job so any debris falling from the roof was not all over the place as it was dropped off the top of the house. They completed the job in the time promised and even came back the next day to ensure everything was completed correctly. I would not hesitate to call Joe Marshall’s Roofing and Guttering in the future. They do great work.

I am writing a review to describe an important quality that isn’t often mentioned in the outstanding comments for Marshall's Roofing & Guttering: Joe Marshall’s incredible kindness. Here is an example: One winter a large tree fell on my neighbor’s roof. She called Joe based on my recommendation. Once the tree was removed his team put tarp over the damaged area. When the shingles became available he and his team began to work. This was right after a snow storm with snow still on the roof and in the driveway. Despite the danger, they shoveled the driveway and replaced the roof. He was on site and easy to work with during the entire project. Ocasionally I need Joe’s services (gutter cleaning and now replacing rotten boards and copper roof over my front door). He is always very responsive and a pleasure to interact with.
