When my wife showed up the bed was quite uncomfortable. They had a crew in to correct the problem before bedtime. The single room was large, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Both in-room and communal dining were available. It took a few days to get physical therapy started, but they did a good job. Parking in front was scarce, but there was adequate parking in the back. After some persuation, I ignored the do not enter sign in the back and had no problem. Do not park in the spaces for the neighbor apartments.
