The salesman spent a couple of hours with us making sure my in-laws had the right mattress for them. They also matched online prices without any problem. Delivery was on time. Excellent, low-stress experience with none of the expected nonsense.

The manager made promises about the $3000 adjustable bed but the delivery men refused to do what was written on the order. They were rude, uncooperative, and careless. Manager was dense or played dense- not sure which. Policy is to refuse to reverse the credit card charge even BEFORE it has been posted. Read BACK of contract. They can take 3 weeks to refund your money. Don't believe a word they say.
