As a long-time customer, I have found Y&Y performs high quality work, offers very reliable service, and flexibility. The firm's owner is available by phone and e-mail, and you will frequently see him analyzing his crew's work. He has been consistently responsive to any issues I have had over the years. You will find the Y&Y crew supervisors and team-leaders to be equally responsive. If they do not know the answer they will get it for you. If something on your lawn or garden needs attention, simply point it out, or, if you are not home during the day, call or message the owner. My family has always been proud of our lawn's appearance in a neighborhood filled with competing lawn service providers. I highly recommend!
