I needed my porch railings replaced. Jose did a great job of responding to my request for a quote and providing additional details upon request. His cost was less than other vendors, for equal or more work. He stayed in touch with me about his arrival time on the day he did the work. He finished in a timely manner, and my neighbor complimented me on the job.

Jose responded very promptly to our first call, but was a bit harder to reach thereafter. The job was to sand and repaint the bottom posts of iron railings that had rusted on our outdoor porch, and then to build up the concrete at the bottom of the railing posts so that water wouldn't pool around the posts and rust again. The work was done by Juan, not Jose, and it was well done at a very reasonable price. We would use Jose & Juan again without hesitation.

Mr. Siciliano came out in very cold day in December 2022 to install iron railing on the steps to our front door. Part of the urgency was that my wife needed secure railings after a fall. He and a coworker installed and painted the railings that day. The paint did not adhere well because of the cold. This summer Mr. Siciliano came back and touched up the paint free of charge. He explained he offers a year warrantee. We were thankful to have the sturdy railings all winter and even now find them very helpful. Washington DC
