The owner, Bogar Morales, came quickly for the estimate, emailed a written proposal describing the work, which I signed and emailed back. He then came back within a day or two with his helper to complete the work. He sent me a paid invoice and pictures of the work. Before all this, our gutters had some nails that tended to come out by about half an inch and renailing them no longer worked. There were also a few places where there were drips when it rained. He put on new hangers that you can't see from the ground, sealed all the joints to prevent drips, and more. I'm happy with the work and Bogar was great to work with.
