Justin identified two options for my broken garage door opener: (lower cost: replace the belt, which had worn off its grooves) or (higher cost: replace my whole unit, which was probably 20 years old). Although replacing the unit (the option I selected) was slightly more expensive than I had anticipated, I learned it was twice as powerful as my existing unit, was much more quiet, and had very useful mobile phone and computer-oriented features unavailable on my older unit). It was installed promptly and has operated flawlessly for about 8 months. Justin also appeared to be knowledgeable about municipal and state wiring codes impacting his business. Basically, he was a good dude who knew his business.

I got bids from two large installers in MoCo. Justin beat their prices, gave a longer warranty, and finished the installation just a few days later instead of the weeks or months the others would have taken. He does all his own work, and comes to give the estimate himself. This was one of the best home service experiences I've had in the past dozen years.

Justin replaced my townhouse wooden garage door with a steel door in just 2 hours. There's a nice seal all around the door opening which did not exist with my old door. He went above and beyond - he had to do a little unexpected work on my existing door on the day I had scheduled him to come by and give me a quote. I couldn't be there at the last minute so he met with our HOA president instead who luckily was available. He advised to get the door in white as that is the most common color to get if you plan to paint the door, as I will need to paint it the approved HOA color for my unit. He also added a nice decorative touch - a carved wooden block to serve as a base or frame around my interior garage door opener. He's very responsive by phone or text. I had a good experience and he did a quality job for me.
