We will never do business with this place again. We bought a home with two gas fireplaces that were not working. They sent a salesman who confirmed that gas supply was good, and safe. Late 2018 - 2019 - We spent more than $6K to have them install new equipment, which worked for a while then started having ignition problems. We waited months and months for a service call - they had staff problems during the pandemic. Then the techs who came did not seem to know what they were doing. Now they say they no longer offer any service whatsoever. And the independent guy we hired says we should probably replace both electronic units as they are unreliable. No kidding! Very disappointed with this business!
