He showed up at my house with my realtor and told me he was going to do painting, repair the deck and some other things. He acted serious and spent a lot of time here looking at things. He completely vanished. He never wrote up a contract or estimate at all and sent an email that was not at all what we discussed. I explained to him I needed a complete estimate because my x wife was going to pay half. And the info he sent my email was incorrect. All we discussed was composite decking from Trex, even the railing and lighting the deck. He sent me emails for pressure treated lumber. I have no idea. I was going to use someone else but now I can't as he had wasted over a month of my time.

Rebuilt my upper deck and put in a built-in bench and replaced 7 support posts. Most contractors did not want to do the job or charged an exorbitant price. Owner, Nelson Lainez, is licensed, bonded and insured. They work extremely hard and do excellent work. Clean up before leaving each evening. Started project on time and finished early. They work hard to please their client. They are reasonably priced. He used good materials in my project. I was very pleased with the work they did.
