Their basic service meets my needs. They're obviously overworked as they clean 100's of cars in a day. Even if I've gotten the cheapest service, they still come to the exit: and wipe my car off.

They spray prewash, run the car through the tunnel wash, and then do a really good job on the interior while drying the car. This is done for the best price I’m aware of in my area.
