We've used Uneeda for many years, including a HVAC replacement. They provide great service, are friendly, and very professional whether doing an annual check-up, tracking down a HVAC sensor failure, or working with us to recommend and install a new and very efficient HVAC system.

We've used Uneeda for many years and always look forward to their annual heating and cooling inspections. Steve and his crew are extremely friendly and conversational, with great senses of humor and endless stories and anecdotes. They all seem to be from the area and are very familiar with the developments and house models throught the County, and we have greatly benefitted from their decades of knowledge and experience. They're all very good about explaining what they do and in answering questions, and have always been kind and easygoing. They've never made us feel uncomfortable or stupid the way some other contractors and servicemen can. Steve himself and at least one of his guys (John) have phenomenal memories and can remember even minor details that we ourselves had forgotten. 20 years ago, Uneeda was able to undo damage inflicted upon our ductwork and drain lines by our previous heating mechanics, and we've used them ever since, including installations of two air handler/heat pump systems. The friends and family we've referred have all thanked us for connecting them with Uneeda, who have been helpful when needed. The systems they've put in have worked without issues. Their prices must surely be among the lowest in the area, and the value is certainly unmatched. The HVAC industry has apparently suffered greatly over the last few years from the supply chain issues, lack of quality people, efficiency changes, and now the new refrigerants. Steve and his guys have navigated us through these pitfalls and given us priceless advice about the road ahead and saved us a lot of money in doing so. We've never gotten the aggressive upselling and price gouging that we've heard about from other companies. Their referrals and advice for other contractors (plumbers, electricans, etc) have always been on point. Twice, for a leaky plumbing pipe and a dryer vent, they've caught unrelated issues that could have been disastrous and which we ourselves hadn't noticed. Overall, we can't speak highly enough about Uneeda, and fully understand why their services are in such great demand. We recommend them to all!

I selected Uneeda to replace my furnace and AC units due to a malfunction and age back in November 2024. Although they provided a good quote and did the work, I have had issues getting them to complete tasks to finish the installation. In addition, in March 2025 they still need to come to replace a faulty condensate pump they installed. They only have a few technicians which creates a backlog of work for them. In addition, it is difficult to get in touch with the office to get questions answered and to schedule appointments.
