I have a service contract with Rod Miller for two inspections per year. I generally don’t give poor reviews for companies but observed the technician did the least amount of work possible in preforming the preventive maintenance. I was not satisfied with the level of effort and have no confidence in the quality of work.

We have been using this company for many years, mainly for routine furnace maintenance. They have replaced parts when needed, but have never tried to sell us something we don't need.

We've had an annual contract with Rod Miller since we replaced both our furnace and air conditioner 4 years ago. They come twice each year for inspection and scheduling has been easy. They've handled the few minor problems that have arisen promptly and at no additional cost. We've had a number of different technicians and all have been superb. By the way, we selected Rod Miller to replace our HVAC after getting multiple bids -- it may not have been the lowest but was competitive and we were impressed from the outset by the professionalism, efficiency, and options presented. Our opinion remains very favorable.
