We had been having A/C issues the past two years. Now the furnace wouldn't light. I called Presidential on a recommendation from our plumber. Justin came out to do the initial analysis. He was very thorough and asked us what we were looking for as well as the physical environment. He bid higher than we expected, but it was top of the line equipment. After reviewing the three bids I received, I went with Presidential. The installers were professional and did a great job of cleaning up. I look forward to them maintaining my new systems.

Qualifications of the staff varies. Management doesn't supervise staff properly and doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes.
