During my annual HVAC inspection, the technician discovered a crack in my furnace, which meant it had to be shut down as it could potentially leak carbon monoxide. Gave me three options for a new furnace and no push back when I chose the least expensive option. Installed it 3 days later and went over everything. Unfortunately, I noticed the next day that AC was not kicking on and they came back the following day to track down and fix the problem, a drain pan not installed at the right angle. They are not inexpensive, but I trust their technicians and they stand by their work.

I called James Wheat and Sons to provide me with an estimate for the broken central AC Unit on my home's roof. They were outstanding. They came and were very knowledgeable. They figured out that my house had a hatch, and there was no need to access the roof through an outside ladder. They diagnosed the problem and came out immediately. This company is deserving of the quality ratings it has achieved. John was outstanding. The cost is slightly high, but they did not charge me anything for the service estimate, and they also had to come out a second time due to logistical issues with my office. They are outstanding! This was also on a day when the temperature was nearly 100 degrees. I can't speak highly enough of James Wheat and Sons.
