I have had a lot of problems with a new HVAC system Wheat installed 2-3 years ago at great expense. Countless service visits later and following many phone calls and complaints, they admitted the system had not been properly installed. They had to do a Rube Goldberg-like repair to make things work properly.

HIghly overpriced and very pushy sales.

During my annual HVAC inspection, the technician discovered a crack in my furnace, which meant it had to be shut down as it could potentially leak carbon monoxide. Gave me three options for a new furnace and no push back when I chose the least expensive option. Installed it 3 days later and went over everything. Unfortunately, I noticed the next day that AC was not kicking on and they came back the following day to track down and fix the problem, a drain pan not installed at the right angle. They are not inexpensive, but I trust their technicians and they stand by their work.
