The owner visits each prospect and discusses choices and costs. I chose a high end energy efficient and very quiet upgrade to Lennox equipment. Installation was outstanding. Cost was high for everything. 18 months later the outside unit died. to replace the unit, i had to pay for labor. A very high cost. 12 months later another part died. More out of pocket costs for labor. The company is good but apparently the manufacturer manufactures equipment that is short lived. such a disappointment.

They installed a heat pump gas furnace combination for us. Heat pump failed within six months but they got it up and running within a week. Fifteen months in and the system is running great.
