GAC installed a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump in my sunroom which replaced a 20 year old system that didn’t work. Work was done professionally. I’m happy I have this system given the recent cold temperatures.

I had them out for a problem with our electric supply line. The technician inspected our breaker box and said it was not the correct one and needed to be replaced at a cost of $8,000, and when I said no, he offered a "lower quality" box at $4,500. I then had a licensed master electrician look at the box and he said it met all county requirements and was functioning properly and didn't need to be replaced. GAC called and texted me for weeks trying to get me to install a new breaker box. I agree with the many reviews here that say they are concentrated on upselling products and services. I did have them do a furnace tune-up and that was done fine and at a reasonable cost.

Have been using GAC services since they were a small 5 person operation. They have become quite large now. We had a complete new system installed a bit over 2 years ago and when it malfunctioned, a service person was out the same day. It turned out to be a complicated problem with our ductwork and adjustments to the operation of the system were made. The system has functioned perfectly since. They may be a bit more expensive than some, but I have confidence in their work.
